Russia and Ukraine carried out a prisoner exchange in which each side received 205 service members.
Authorities in both countries confirmed the exchange.
It was the first part of a broader agreement involving the exchange of up to 1,000 prisoners of war from each side.
Prisoner exchanges remain one of the few areas of practical cooperation between Moscow and Kyiv amid the continuing war.
