Inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency confirmed damage to an exterior wall of a building at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant consistent with a drone strike.
Russia’s Rosatom said a Ukrainian drone struck the turbine building of Unit 6.
The Ukrainian military denied involvement and said it had not carried out strikes on the nuclear plant.
The IAEA confirmed the damage but did not determine who operated the drone.
Critical equipment was not damaged, according to the Russian side. Radiation levels remained normal.
