Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced her resignation as part of a major government reshuffle initiated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Svyrydenko had headed Ukraine’s government since July 2025.
Zelenskyy said he had offered her another senior position connected with Ukraine’s foreign policy.
Her resignation formed part of broader personnel changes in Ukraine’s leadership during the continuing war with Russia.
The government is responsible for areas including defense financing, economic policy, relations with international creditors and reforms linked to Ukraine’s path toward European Union membership.
