Wildberries said on July 24 that drones had struck three of its facilities — in St. Petersburg, the Leningrad region and Russian-annexed Simferopol.
According to the company, employees were evacuated and no one was killed in those attacks. A major fire broke out at one of the sites.
Including earlier strikes, the number of Wildberries facilities attacked since July 18 reached eight. The company said it was redistributing goods among other logistics centers to reduce the effect on deliveries.
Ukraine says parts of Wildberries’ logistics infrastructure are used to supply the Russian military, including with components for drones. The company and Russian authorities deny the allegation.
No independent evidence has been publicly presented showing that the specific warehouses attacked on July 24 were being used for military purposes.
The strikes were part of an expanding Ukrainian campaign against targets inside Russia in which major logistics facilities have increasingly been affected alongside oil refining and military infrastructure.
