Russia and Ukraine have carried out a new prisoner exchange, with each side returning 103 people.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the return of Ukrainian service members. Russia’s Defense Ministry also said that 103 Russian troops had returned.
Prisoner exchanges remain one of the few areas of practical interaction between Moscow and Kyiv amid the continuing war and the absence of an agreement to end it.
