Bundesbank President Joachim Nagel told Reuters that nearly 50% of the delegates left the room.
According to Reuters, representatives of the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia were among those who took part. The Bank of England confirmed that its governor, Andrew Bailey, also walked out.
