Russia's Federal Tax Service has filed a petition to declare Trassa GSM LLC, a company associated with the Trassa gas station network, bankrupt. The petition was submitted to the Moscow Regional Arbitration Court on October 23, and information about it became public on October 26.
RBC identified the filing in records published on Fedresurs, Russia's official register of corporate disclosures. The applicant was Interdistrict Tax Inspectorate No. 20 for the Saratov region.
When the information was initially reported, the case had not yet appeared in the electronic database of arbitration court proceedings.
Trassa GSM LLC is registered in the Moscow region. According to corporate records, 96% of the company belongs to EuroTrans PJSC, while Nikolai Doroshenko holds the remaining 4%.
Sergei Alekseenkov is listed as the company's general director.
EuroTrans is one of the major independent fuel retailers in the Moscow metropolitan area. Its infrastructure includes 57 Trassa gas station complexes, an oil storage depot, a fleet of fuel tankers and a network of fast-charging stations for electric vehicles.
The group's financial position deteriorated during 2026.
According to published figures, revenue declined by 28.5% in the first half of the year to 76.6 billion rubles, while its net loss reached 5.7 billion rubles.
In September, several EuroTrans executives were arrested in a separate criminal investigation. Investigators accuse them of allegedly stealing fuel intended for police service vehicles in the Moscow region.
In October, reports also emerged of creditors' financial claims against the parent company and its related entities.
These proceedings have separate legal status. The criminal allegations against the group's executives do not establish grounds for declaring Trassa GSM bankrupt.
Likewise, a bankruptcy petition against a subsidiary does not automatically mean that the entire EuroTrans group has been declared insolvent.
The tax service's filing is a step in the relevant court process, not a court decision declaring bankruptcy.
At the time of publication, there was no confirmation that the arbitration court had declared Trassa GSM bankrupt or that the gas station network had ceased operations.
