The developers of the Incy VPN client said Apple notified them that their app was being removed from the Russian App Store at the request of media regulator Roskomnadzor. The developers’ account was published on October 27.
According to the account provided, the restriction concerns the app's distribution through the Russian regional storefront and would mainly affect new installations from that storefront. It does not mean Incy is unavailable in every country or that Apple simultaneously removed every VPN application from its platform.
