According to sources cited in the report, disagreements within Italy's governing coalition have delayed approval of a 13th military aid package for Ukraine.
According to the newspaper, coalition partners remain divided over the timing and political conditions of further support for Kyiv. The report describes a delay in decision-making, not an official prohibition on new deliveries or a final rejection of the package that has been prepared. The Italian government has not announced an end to military aid for Ukraine.
At the same time, Italy's foreign minister said on October 26 that the next aid package was ready to be sent. That statement does not necessarily contradict reports of delayed approval: preparing assistance and obtaining final political authorization are different stages.
