Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on October 29 that 613 drones had been heading toward the capital region between 8:30 p.m. the previous evening and 7 a.m. He said 231 were neutralised on their approach to Moscow. These are figures provided by Russian authorities, not independently established counts.
Russia's aviation regulator temporarily restricted arrivals and departures at Domodedovo, Vnukovo and Zhukovsky airports. Interfax reported that the restrictions were lifted at around 6:45 a.m. Moscow time on October 29.
The figures of 613 and 231 refer to different categories in the mayor's statement. They do not establish that every drone was directly over Moscow or that all 613 were destroyed.
