An FPV drone attacked a White Angels police evacuation team in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region on the morning of October 28, Ukraine's National Police said. According to the agency, two police officers were injured and two vehicles were damaged.
The incident occurred near the village of Zelenyi Hai. The police officers were travelling in an armoured vehicle with Red Cross representatives as part of humanitarian work.
The National Police published photographs and an account of the attack. Ukrainian investigators are examining the incident under Article 438 of Ukraine's Criminal Code, covering violations of the laws and customs of war.
