Explosive devices were found on the grounds of three schools and 17 kindergartens in the Bezhitsky district of Bryansk on October 30, according to regional governor Yegor Kovalchuk. He said the devices had been dropped from drones.
Bomb-disposal specialists worked at the scene, while traffic was blocked near Donbasskaya and Metallurgov streets. The governor also said a woman was escorted from a car surrounded by hazardous objects; she was given a bulletproof vest before being evacuated.
