Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on October 30 that attempts had been made to attack three oil refineries and one chemical plant. He said one of the facilities sustained minor damage, while the attacks on the others were repelled.
Novak said the incidents occurred after a period of relative calm but did not identify all four facilities.
