Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on November 2 that the Kremlin had no current plans for further humanitarian missions similar to the operation in Russian-occupied Oleshky in Ukraine’s Kherson region.
Peskov suggested that Ukrainian forces might have used the pause to regroup. He presented no evidence for that theory in the available account of his remarks.
Ukraine's General Staff had earlier accused Russian troops of rotating personnel and reinforcing their positions during the humanitarian operation.
Asked about the actions of Russian units during the pause, Peskov said he had no specific information about their conduct.
