Russian Post plans to sell the Moscow Central Post Office complex in the capital's city center as a single lot. A representative of the Russian Auction House said the auction was planned for early December 2026.
The lot contains 19 buildings and 46 nonresidential premises with a combined floor area of about 21,400 square meters. The site covers 2.2 hectares. Two buildings in the complex are designated cultural heritage properties.
The complex lies between Myasnitskaya Street and Chistoprudny Boulevard. Any future use of the two protected historic buildings must comply with cultural heritage preservation requirements.
