The procurement notice number was 0341100006126000006. Journalists traced a corporate connection between ESA PRO and Cross Technologies. RBC had previously reported, citing its own sources, that Andrei Patrushev acquired a stake in the latter company.
The report followed news of false alerts sent through the ministry's app. Neither the contract nor the corporate links establish the supplier's involvement in the unauthorized messages; the investigation found no such connection.
