Chinese company Jiangxi Guangbo Optoelectronic Technology promoted drones and fiber-optic systems at Russia's Fleet 2026 naval exhibition, according to exhibition materials reviewed by reporters.
The company's offers included HJ-7 drones, interceptor drones equipped with target-detection systems, and fiber-optic solutions with lengths of up to 100 kilometers. Those are specifications in the manufacturer's marketing materials, not results of independent testing.
Participation in the exhibition and the marketing offers do not establish that the equipment was delivered to Russian forces.
