A fire broke out at the Yaroslavnefteorgsintez (YANOS) oil refinery in Yaroslavl after a drone attack overnight on November 3. Yaroslavl regional governor Mikhail Yevrayev reported damage to the plant's infrastructure and injuries to two workers. He said emergency crews were at the site.
YANOS is a major Russian refinery with the capacity to process about 15 million tonnes of crude oil annually, according to industry figures. It produces gasoline and diesel, among other products.
