Ryazan region Governor Pavel Malkov said on November 5 that more than 200 drones had attacked the region overnight, injuring one person and causing fires at industrial facilities. He said falling debris also damaged power lines.
Regional reports and The Moscow Times linked the blazes to the area around the Ryazan oil refinery and a Wildberries warehouse. Malkov did not identify the facilities, so the specific site identifications remain attributed to the news reports.
Local outlets also reported broken windows at School No. 58, damage to electricity infrastructure and power outages.
