IStories found that a 14-year-old boy added to Russia's Rosfinmonitoring list on November 3 with a marker indicating a terrorism-related charge lived in the same apartment building in St Petersburg as a Russian serviceman killed in a car explosion near a neighbouring building on August 27, 2026.
The journalists established the residential link by comparing leaked records with information about the serviceman. It is not known whether the teenager's criminal case is connected to the explosion: sharing an address does not in itself establish his involvement.
