A fire broke out on the premises of an unnamed industrial facility near the settlement of Afipsky in Russia's Krasnodar region following a drone attack, the regional emergency headquarters said. It reported no injuries and said drone fragments damaged the windows of an apartment.
Ukrainian monitoring channels said the fire was at the Afipsky oil refinery. Russian authorities did not confirm the facility's name or give details of any damage to its refining capacity.
